Exchange and Returns
At Bidadari by Areeqa, we take great care in preparing your order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges for fit concerns only, subject to stock availability.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Only one exchange is allowed per order
To request an exchange, email us at hello@bidadaribyareeqa.com with your order number and preferred size.
Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
Exchange Fees
- Singapore exchanges: $4.50 courier fee
- International exchanges: Shipping fees vary by location
- All postage, duties, and taxes are borne by the customer
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
In the rare event this happens:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number and description
Once verified:
- You may choose a refund or replacement (subject to availability)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
